Returns Policy

We gladly accept returned purchases within 30 days of your order. All we ask is that you send us the returned items in original, unworn condition with merchandise tags attached, in original packaging, and include the packing slip so we can easily identify your order.

Returns Process

Step 1: Complete our return form.
Please complete our Returns/Exchanges form. Click here to print out the form. Be sure to include this form in your package along with the original packing slip.

Step 2: Choose your shipping method.
You can request a return label from us or use your own shipping method.

To request a return label from Zondman, please contact us at techsupport@zondman.com and include in the email:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Item(s) you want to return
We will create a return label, charge your credit card on file for the shipping amount and email the label to you. If you'd prefer to generate the return label yourself, be sure to send your package using a trackable shipping method and remember to write down your tracking number for reference.

For all return shipments, we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit, and only assume responsibility for returns once signed for by our Customer Service Department. Sorry, we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
